Jean-Jacques MARTELLI : Chairman

Mr Martelli has joined ECA EN in 2007. He holds a PhD in Plastic alloys (University of Lyon) and a degree in engineering from INSA Lyon; as well as an executive MBA from INSEAD. Before joining ECA, Mr. Martelli was the Managing Director of SEMAT (Environment Activities) and the VP Sales and Marketing Director of OMB Group (Italy).

Philippe NOVELLI : General Manager

Mr Novelli has joined ECA EN in 2008. He received the engineering degree from ENSIETA and he is an Auditor of the national CHEAR session(*). Before joining the company, Mr Novelli has occupied different positions at DCNS, his last position being Director of the Malaysian Submarine Program.
